Arrival:
We recommend traveling by public transport on race day. With your race number, you can use all public transport in the Düsseldorf city area (price level A3) free of charge on the Sunday of the marathon (27.04.2025).
You can find the Düsseldorf route network here. Please note that only the subway lines will be running on the day of the Uniper Düsseldorf Marathon (U71 will be diverted from the Wehrhahn S stop to Staufenplatz) - all other lines will be canceled. Detailed timetables and connections are available online at Rheinbahn available online.

On April 27, 2025, the time has finally come again: The Uniper Düsseldorf Marathon is back! We will cheer on the runners with rousing DJs along the route - run to the beat!
Handing out starting documents
The start documents (start number, participant bag and, if ordered, the finisher shirt) can be collected using the QR code from the registration confirmation. You will receive your registration confirmation shortly before the event weekend.

Self-catering
You can hand in your self-catering at the respective counter when you collect your starting documents.
Important: In order for us to be able to bring your self-catering to the correct aid station, it must be marked with the number or kilometer point of the aid station. In addition, you must write your name and race number on your own supplies so that you can identify them during the race.
You can hand in your own catering on Friday and Saturday. It is not possible to hand in your own food on the day of the event!

You will find two large finish areas at Burgplatz and Reuterkaserne. After your run, you will automatically be directed to your designated finish area. There you will find additional refreshment points, showers, toilets and changing rooms.
Important: Once you have left the retargeting area, it is not possible to re-enter the area.
The marathon, half marathon & relay have been run - now it's time to celebrate! Whether you've run with us or just want to enjoy the special atmosphere: The Run & Beat Party in the Rheinterrasse is open to everyone.

Note on photo and video recordings
We would like to point out that photos and videos will be taken during the event for documentation and advertising purposes.
In order to ensure that the marathon runs smoothly, some roads will be temporarily closed. We ask for your understanding and assure you that the closures are organized in such a way that the restrictions for local residents are kept to a minimum. Please plan your travel routes for this day accordingly in advance.

There will be areas along the route with music and cheering, which may lead to increased volume at times. An overview of the running course and the locations of the DJ hotspots and cheering zones can be found in the course map.
